Requirements
To be considered for admission, the applicant must have completed at least 90 semester credit hours (or their equivalent) at an accredited university. Among those 90 credits, the following courses should be included. (Indicate if you have taken the courses or not.)

Each students must submit the following documents to start the process for admission:

- Supplementary Application Form
- Admission Manual
- $31.00 non-refundable admission fee
- Health certificate
- Hepatitis B Vaccine
- An interview is required.
