On Tuesday, October 12th, 2021, IAUPR School of Optometry Associate Professor Dr. Neisha Rodriguez
was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedicine from the Salus College of Health Sciences,
Education and Rehabilitation. Dr. Rodriguez achieved Summa Cum Laude honors and received the
Graduate Biomedicine Program Alumni Association Award for Attainment of the Highest Academic
Average. As part of the Fall 2021 commencement activities, she was invited to offer the Graduate
Commencement Address.
The IAUPR School of Optometry recognizes this outstanding academic achievement and extends its
warmest congratulations to Dr. Rodriguez. We are sure that these achievements will in turn be of great
benefit to our academic community.
